My work with Sequence 21 Studio began as an on-call graphic designer for any and all freelance work they had available, and progressed to the position of Visual Creative Lead. In this role I was tasked with culminating and synthesizing the design language for the brand into a consolidated package.
This brand package was launched in january of 2022 as the creative director brought on a social media team to produce digital promotional content for the studio and the social component of the website. Through my experience working with S21 Studios prior, I was able to develop an in-depth branding package with branding guidelines and standards of presentation.

My role in the creation of their website was to develope new assets that fit within the S21 Studios visuals, as well as impliment their existing branding into a website format.
Initial sketches to explore layout, flow, and how to impliment the brands vusual identity on the site
I worked alongside the founders of Sequence 21 Studios on the designs, and with the webteam of OverScore Media for the development and backend.
As I was working closely with a web development team, they provided the site map and developed the wireframe after the page designs were finalized so prototyping interactions was unessessesary outside of static examples. The final mockup is navigated with the directional keys.
Highlighted at the top is a scroll down through the final homepage mockup which features subsections for each major page of the full site. Some of those pages are captured in the gallery above but the entire design mockup can be found under the title or at this link.
In the design process, the final webpage was intended to feature snap scrolling throughout which is why each section is an individualized layout within the larger page. Because the website had to feature so many distinct sections, the visual language had to be consistent and well established. I opted to design individual layouts with minimal elements to keep the content digestible and engaging. When possible, the page was designed to highlight BTS photos and stills of the studio’s work to reinforce the studio's foundation of visual storytelling.
